We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team, with one or more the following P401 / P402 / P403 / S301 / CoCA, together with relevant industry experience.

Air Monitoring Analyst – South East England / South Wales

Qualifications – P403 and P404 or equivalent as a minimum

Experience – ideally, they will have worked on a wide variety of jobs, both small and large, including more complex 4 Stage Clearances and although not essential, experience on contaminated land sites would be useful

Qualified Asbestos Analyst – South East Office

Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must have attained the BOHS P403 and P404 qualifications and must have proven experience working within this role in the asbestos industry.

Key Tasks:
The work will involve undertaking all aspects of asbestos air monitoring which will include: four stage clearances, background monitoring and leak testing. The work is for predominantly local clients although travel to other areas will be required on occasion.

All applicants must possess the following attributes:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess GCSE grades C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Flexible (some out of hours and weekend work will apply)
  • BOHS P403, P404
  • P402 (or equivalent) would be an advantage but is not essential

Lab Technician/Bulk ID – South East Office

Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must have attained the BOHS P401 qualification and must have proven experience working within this role, within a laboratory environment and within the asbestos industry.

Key Tasks:

  • Receiving and appropriately logging samples received by the laboratory, preparing samples for analysis and carrying out analysis of samples for fibre content.
  • Completing sample logs and certificates of analysis as and when required and ensuring every effort to complete workload within required time frame.
  • Other asbestos laboratory duties as and when required.

All applicants must possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Possess GCSE grades C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Flexible (some out of hours and weekend work may apply)
  • BOHS P401
